Tall Outstanding Women or (TOW) as the members affectionately refer to it, is a New York group of volunteers that co-hosts and/or attends charitable or special events to raise awareness to important issues using its unique height.

TOW unites women of all races, religions, nationalities and professional backgrounds who are equal to or greater than 6'  feet tall (183 cm.) and who have an outstanding look and personality.
 

TOW was created in 2007 by Stefano Spadoni who put together five of his tall female friends for the first meeting (see picture on the low right)
